Tuna Pate

It's always good to have some tuna cans in the kitchen cupboard for when you want to make a quick, delicious, practical recipe like tuna pate. This preparation is great to make when receiving guests and want to serve a starter or even spread on sandwiches and accompany the salads of everyday life.

The special touch of this recipe is the toasts with raisins that make an excellent combination with tuna.

Ingredients

  1. Drain the tuna.
  2. In a bowl, undo the tuna with a fork.
  3. Peel the onion, cut in half and finely chop one of the halves.
  4. Drain the pickles and chop them finely.
  5. Chop the parsley.
  6. Add onion, pickles and parsley to tuna.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Mix everything as mayonnaise is added until you get a smooth paste.
  9. Garnish with parsley leaves
  10. Serve with Rialto raisin toasts.
