Hake baguette with garlic sauce

Hake baguette with garlic sauce

And who does not love a baguette for a quick lunch or a more complete snack? This recipe is ideal for this purpose! Not hake being a predominantly flavored fish, Rialto's grated bread with garlic and parsley completes the "absent" taste of hake.

In addition to baking the breads instead of frying them makes this recipe quite healthy!

Ingredients

preparing

  1. Thaw the fillet of hake and season it with salt, pepper, lime juice and a clove of finely chopped garlic.
  2. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Take a frying pan on the stove to heat, with oil.
  4. Pass the filet for breadcrumbs, beaten egg and again for breadcrumbs. Fry it in the oil and drain it on absorbent paper.
  5. Chop the remaining 1/2 garlic, wrap it in the yogurt and season with a little salt and pepper. Cut the pear-avocado into slices.
  6. Open the baguette in half, drizzle with the yogurt sauce and overlap the avocado slices interspersed with the hake fillet. Fasten everything with a toothpick and serve.
